Scale your Horizon and EDF funded project portfolio without scaling the burden of administration

Usually the project's own grant. On actual-cost projects the licence is an eligible direct cost (other goods, works and services) — budget it in the proposal, the grant reimburses it, and it counts toward the 25% indirect-cost base. On lump-sum projects there are no cost lines: the licence simply sits inside your coordination work package's share, and buying after award needs no budget line and no amendment.

One live project. An internal project is one you run for your own organisation — your workplan, your deadlines, your people only, €99 a month. A coordination covers a whole consortium: every partner organisation onboarded, unlimited users, €349 a month. When a project ends, free its credit — the workspace turns view-only, everything stays readable and exports to Excel, and the credit moves to your next project.

Nothing, if your coordinator runs the project here: your whole team joins under their licence — as many people as your organisation needs, for the life of the project. If they don't, you can still manage your own organisation's part here on its own: that is an internal project, €99 a month, with your workplan, deadlines and people only.

Nothing happens, because there was nothing to pay — the sandbox is free while the proposal is written, and billing only starts when a funded action goes live. The workspace stays yours, and the next bid can start from it.

From four credits upward you buy credits instead of individual projects. An internal project is one credit, a coordination is three, and a credit is €99 a month (€89 billed annually). At 4 credits the price per credit drops 5%, at 8 it drops 10%, at 12 it drops 15% — and every credit you add beyond that keeps the 15% rate. You always pay per credit, so the total is simply your credit count times that rate: four credits billed annually is €85 a credit, or €340 a month. A downgraded project keeps its workspace view-only, free, and exports to Excel in one download. The thresholds follow how many projects EU organisations actually run at once: twelve credits is roughly the 95th percentile of live portfolios in Horizon Europe.

Annually (10% off) or monthly, by card, SEPA Direct Debit or bank transfer against an invoice — same price either way. Billing starts on the action start date, and finance offices that can't prepay multiple years simply pay year by year. Plans renew automatically; cancel any time, and it takes effect at the end of the paid period.

No — every price on this page is net of VAT. If you are a VAT-registered business in an EU country other than Latvia, nothing is added: the supply is reverse-charged, so we invoice without VAT and you account for it at home. Put your VAT number on the order and it appears on the invoice. Latvian customers are charged Latvian VAT at 21%. Customers outside the EU are charged no EU VAT. If your organisation is not VAT-registered, tell us before we invoice — the treatment is different and we will confirm it with you in writing.

An extension simply means more months at your rate — a project consumes its credit while it runs, however long that is. Amendments never change your price either: coordination pricing does not depend on how many partners the consortium has.

Natively — the EDF rate engine ships in every licence: per-activity funding rates, PESCO, SME and mid-cap bonuses, and the 215-day standard. The platform is EU-hosted with mandatory two-factor authentication and per-organisation data scoping, and holds project-management metadata only. A data-classification statement for your security office is available on request, and organisations running many projects can have a dedicated instance on their own infrastructure.

Two things. Importing your Part B — turning a proposal PDF into a live, structured workspace in about an hour — is on us for your first import, and on a paid plan for three imports per credit; after that it runs on your organisation's own Anthropic key and the Claude model you choose for it. Recurring AI work — weekly briefings — runs on your organisation's own AI key from the provider you choose (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), so you pick the model and pay the provider directly; there are no per-plan AI quotas.
